Part of the existing building is Grade 2 Listed, so particular care was made during the design and delivery of the project to minimise disruption to the site. The modern extension provides additional living space with en-suite facilities for residents.
SIPCO provides the SIP systems for the extension, which can house up to 117 service users. Set on 4.5 acres of purpose-built gardens, Alexandra Nursing home is a great example of modern building technology harmonising with a traditional property.
