Our Reputation has been built on High Quality Products
and Excellent Customer Care
With years of experience in the construction sector, SIPCO has optimised our project management service to offer a fully-tailored, controllable and predictable building system that performs.
Design
Our technical support starts early in the design process. Our experience, gained from delivering dozens of SIP buildings, allows us to maximise design potential – leading to fewer concessions and opening up more opportunities for value-engineering and design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA). Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 2D and 3D detailing can extend into BIM-compliant modelling. SIPCO provides detailed calculations to ensure every design is practical and cost-effective. The result is super energy-efficient buildings that exceed regulations.
Manufacture
SIPCO has invested heavily in semi-automated production lines, providing a highly controlled manufacturing environment. Overseen by experienced operatives, Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) compatible cutting and drilling technology uses industry-leading software to create bespoke elements. Sophisticated production technology assures consistency in quality and tolerance. Fast response and high volumes are achievable with a result that offers value-engineered design and optimised performance.
Supply
SIPCO offers support in ensuring production and construction programmes, adaptable to changing circumstances, are carefully coordinated. Delivery of our ‘SIP-kits’ is scheduled to match on-site assembly to reduce build times and minimise on-site storage. We provide detailed drawings and structural calculations supported by British Board of Agrement (BBA) certification. Our offsite delivery programme gives a robust and predictable procurement route, less affected by site variables, supply risks and adverse weather conditions.
Install
Installation of SIPCO SIPS is quick and efficient, coordinated on-site by an experienced SIPCO Project Manager. We work with professional, qualified, SIPCheck-approved installation teams. All team members are CSCS accredited installers, with SSSTS team leaders, CPCS lift supervisors, slinger banksmen, First Aid training and relevant training to suit on-site fall arrest systems. Certified under the Structural Timber Association (STA) SIPCheck scheme – our installers ensure compliance with best-practice through audited processes against agreed industry standards.
