Designed by Atoll Architects, this four-bedroom luxury home sits alongside a converted one-bed annex, which was retained to maintain a breeding roost of Long-Eared Brown Bats in it’s loft roofspace. The new house offered additional sanctuary for the bats in a purpose built roofspace above the new 10m swimming pool.
