SIPCO worked with Echovia Homes in 2014, to develop these exquisite family homes for people who appreciate high standards of construction and internal fitting. Standing in the former grounds of Sandiway House, a historic mansion constructed in 1860 with its oldest parts dating from early 1800’s. This development enjoys rural views, peace and privacy.
Designed by Simon March, these luxury family homes are spread over three floors maximising available room within the roof for additional living space. All five homes on Sandiway Bank has excellent energy ratings – proving once again that SIP technology is the obvious choice for enhanced structural, acoustic, thermal, durability, ventilation and sustainability performance.
