EDUCATION PROJECT

Aston Manor Sixth Form Centre

This two-storey building consisted of hybrid technology which created three new study rooms, a common room and an office.

The Ray Linforth Centre was named after the school’s chairman of governors and was designed by Birmingham-based firm, Bespace. This hybrid project was completed in just five months.

The project was part funded by Aston Pride, a Government-funded New Deals for Communities regeneration programme, which awarded £200,000 towards the Sixth Form Centre and made a real difference to the neighbourhood.
