SIPCO SIP Solutions
Our SIP building systems provide the complete dry structure of the building including internal and external walls, floors, trussed and panelised roofs - designing, manufacturing and delivering the complete structural envelope of your building, combining our SIPS technology with high performance open web floor joists, laminated timber roof beams, and the SIPCO breather membrane which makes the shell weather-tight. SIPCO can also offer large format panel assembly using SIP panels or traditional stud framing.
SIP Panel Solutions
SIPCO can offer a wide range of panel solutions to suit many applications. SIPs are prefabricated, high performance, lightweight building components used in external walls and roofs. As well as offering complete ‘SIP-kits’ we can supply individual components to trade buyers.

Our Product Range
Includes Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS), timber stud internal panels, engineered floor joists, floor cassettes and prefabricated dormer windows sets, as well as the provision of ancillary components such as; decking, screws and fixings, breather membranes, adhesives and tapes.
Structural Strength and Testing Procedures
All SIPS from SIPCO are high pressure injected Polyurethane (PUR) with full BBA accreditation. Our structural insulated panels offer a solution to the strict requirements of Building Regulations, BREEAM and Passivhaus standards, giving system U-values as low as 0.09 W/m²K, whilst providing a greatly reduced build programme and a defect-free end product with tight tolerances.

By purchasing from SIPCO you can be guaranteed that you are purchasing a fully engineered structural insulated panel system (SIPS) which is fully BBA compliant in terms of panel manufacture and fabrication as well as being fully FSC®/PEFC® certified.
