We operate from a state-of-the-art factory spanning 38,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. This facility enables us to produce custom-made Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) tailored to the specific requirements of each project. All our SIPs are manufactured in-house, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality and production timelines.
Our manufacturing process utilises semi-automated production lines equipped with Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) cutting and drilling technology. This advanced machinery, overseen by our experienced team, uses industry-leading software to create bespoke elements with precision and consistency. The result is a product that meets exact specifications and high tolerance levels.
Quality assurance is central to our operations. We adhere to ISO 9001 Quality Management System principles to ensure that every SIP we produce meets the highest standards.
