
SIPCO were proud to be part of the supply chain which created the Humberside Police headquarters where the force continue to serve the people of Northern Lincolnshire, Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The use of SIPS meant SIPCO was able to deliver the build significantly quicker than if traditional methods would have been used, minimising disruption to the site and guest experience.


The school was designed to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating and features a ground source heat pump, a photo-voltaic array, and natural ventilation. The single steel-frame structure featured SIPCO structural insulated panels.
SIPCO is proud to have been involved in several projects, designed to deliver energy-efficient schools. The thermal, acoustic, and fire safety performance of SIPs make them ideal as a cost-effective alternative to other building methods for educational facilities.


Colleton is a purpose-built children’s centre, providing services and safe spaces for families and children up to 5yrs old. Finished in wood, for a natural aesthetic, SIPCO delivered and installed SIP systems quickly and efficiently.
After being approached by the British Antarctic Survey, SIPCO were commissioned to design and manufacture a replacement Nissen Hut to stand on the exact spot were the initial building had stood over 50 years ago.


Spring Bank Court sits in the Mill Hill suburb of Blackburn and has a range of onsite facilities for residents including spacious communal rooms, a restaurant, onsite shop and library.
A beautiful example of creating light, airy, additional space, ideal for additional living areas or home office use. SIPCO offers support from design to finish, for clients wishing to add a garden room to existing buildings.
